For increased corrosion protection, we manufacture stainless steel fittings for use with the PME corrugated polyamide 6 conduit featuring a pre-installed galvanized carbon steel overbraid. EMI MARINE SYSTEMS
Moltec designs and manufactures electromagnetic compatible wire and cable protection systems that meets North American and European EMI/EMC requirements. It allows for uninterrupted functioning of crucial equipment within its own magnetic surroundings without interfering with, or receiving disturbance from other equipment. Our EMI system virtually eliminates electromagnetic interference. Wires and cables are shielded using tinned copper braid delivering over 95% coverage and is clamped with a unique 360° design for optimal screening and low impedance connection. This allows high short circuit currents to pass freely and effectively discharge disturbances such as electrical signals and magnetic fields to the housing. Standard fitting configurations are available:
- Straight male and female fittings
- 90° and 45° curved elbow fittings
- Y and T junctions

- Internalized strain relief
