UL Certified
The GRIP LOCK UL Listed wire and cable protection solutions offer a safe and reliable connection and are quick and easy to install. The specially formulated conduit offers very good flexibility, impact and fatigue strength even at low temperatures and dry conditions. Our fittings feature a unique integrated locking ring that locks onto the conduit using a hand held tool, minimizing the risk of vandalism or unintended disconnection. In addition to the UL listing, our system also carries most other major industry certifications and has been specially developed to meet industry specifications in a wide range of electrical application areas:
- Machine Building
- Commercial, Industrial and Government
Building Construction (indoor and outdoor) - Telecommunications – CCTVRenewable Energy
- Railway Signaling
- Infrastructure
- Ship & Off-shore
- Pulp & Paper
- Waste & Wastewater Treatment
- Petrochemical – Oil & Gas
- Manufacturing and Processing of Chemicals
Vibration Proof Solutions
The vibration-proof solutions provide extended life in demanding environments by protecting against elements and hazards that can otherwise damage wires and cables, resulting in down time and costly repairs. Exhibiting excellent mechanical properties to withstand impact, compression and abrasion stresses our system also displays excellent resilience against various oils, greases and chemicals. GRIP LOCK products are ideal for the optimal management of wires and cables on static and dynamic installations and in both internal and external applications in order to extend the operational life of all forms of electrical systems.

UL Listed Illumination
LYS fluorescent lighting fixtures have been specially designed and manufactured to withstand the extreme environments and applications found in today’s wind turbine towers, nacelles and hubs. These fixtures are available in two sizes and include pre-installed T-8 type lamps. Each standard fixture is equipped with a universal, low loss, cold start ballast that will function down to a low of -25°C [-13°F]. Outstanding design using quality materials and construction were paramount in our quest to provide the market with the light fixture it really needs and really wants.
UL Listed Lighting Fixture
No more concerns about cold climate operation, emergency lighting function, liquid ingress, vibration, shock, or corrosion as these feature packed light fixtures will perform to the highest level at the best value available…period!
Brilliant Lense
These very durable and impact resistant lenses are designed with features that provide outstanding light disbursement, and simplified servicing. The hinged lens and captivated clips make replacing lamps fast and efficient. Clips and lenses being dropped down tower are now a thing of the past. When closed, the lens compresses onto the factory installed hot bonded silicon seal in the housing to form an efficient environmental seal having an IP65 ingress protection rating.
Durable & User Friendly Housing
Constructed of high impact molded polycarbonate, these fixtures by design are modern looking and exceptionally durable, even in cold climates. There are multiple wiring entry knockouts provided to facilitate installation flexibility. Heavy duty stainless steel mounting clamps are designed to provide very secure installations of these light weight fixtures in both vertical and horizontal applications making them very suitable for all wind turbine applications. The mounting feature design requires “no holes” to be added for installation, assuring a true NEMA 4X liquid ingress rating, and complete housing integrity during operation.
Emergency Lighting
Under a full charge, these option equipped fixtures will provide greater than ninety (90) minutes of minimal illumination consistent with (EN 50308), providing personnel time to evacuate their locations. When cold climate operation is a requirement, -25°C [-13°F] for standard universal ballasts, and -0°C [32°F] for emergency ballasts and battery packs), our optional thermostatically controlled, 40 watt heating element can be factory installed to assure both standard and/or emergency lighting functions work in these cold climate conditions.
